I’m the Mindful Realtor, Tawny Davidson and since 2021, my journey in the Crowsnest Pass has been nothing short of extraordinary. What started as a relocation has blossomed into a profound sense of belonging for my husband and me. After growing up and living all over Alberta, the Crowsnest Pass is finally the place I proudly call home.

 

In my free time, I embrace all that this community has to offer. Walking my dogs, sipping coffee with friends, volunteering locally, and soaking up the endless outdoor adventures. Whether it’s hiking our stunning trails, camping in the backcountry, or kayaking our lakes, I’ve found a lifestyle here that inspires me daily.

 

Before stepping fully into real estate, I worked for two years with a home builder, where I gained firsthand knowledge of the craftsmanship, detail, and process that go into building a home. That experience came full circle when my husband and I built our own home from the ground up. Today, while Tanner runs his own successful home building company, I bring this insider perspective into my real estate career, giving my clients not only guidance in buying or selling, but also a deeper understanding of the homes they’re considering.
